This 530sf cottage takes advantage of the City of San Diego's ADU code.  Located on a single-family lot with a 1910 Arts and Crafts bungalow facing the street, the cottage features custom color windows, a polished concrete floor, a white powder coated steel canopy and inset custom beaded douglas fir paneling.  Chickens not included.
